Doug Azarian was the long time owner of North Falmouth Realty which became CENTURY 21 Dream Homes and brings over 20+ years of experience and expertise to real estate clients on Cape Cod. This experience includes residential, land, building, commercial, and multi-family sales with emphasis on waterfront, water view, boating, and golf communities. He has become an advisor while providing guidance through the entire process. The recent merger of his successful Dream Homes Company with Kinlin Grover Real Estate helps solidify Kinlin Grover's #1 position on Cape Cod.

He continues to show interest and concern for the success of the client and his involvement and effort to keep up with the changes and shifts in the industry/market help clients maintain a competitive edge. To stay current with:

• Finance - Doug has an MBA in Finance and has served as Treasurer for the Cape Cod and the Massachusetts REALTOR® Associations. He currently is serving on the National Association's Finance Committee and looks to serve on the Executive Committee in the future.
• REALTOR® trends - Doug has served as Cape Cod (2001) and Massachusetts (2007) State REALTOR® Association President. He also served on the National Association's Business Issues Committee.
• Technology - Doug has obtained the ePro designation, was MLS Chairperson during the installation of the Cape Cod internet based MLS system, and has served as chairperson of the National Association's Technology Forum. Doug is currently working to make REALTOR® education more accessible with an online delivery.
• Education - Doug has obtained the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and has completed many other real estate specific training programs.  He also has his Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
• Community - Doug has organized fundraisers for Toys for Tots and Easter Seals (involving local Little Leaguers). He has participated in fundraisers for MS and Cancer research. He has also served on the Association for the Preservation of Cape Cod.

Doug is well respected by his real estate peers on Cape Cod, in Massachusetts, and across the country. More importantly he is highly regarded by his clients and customers. His volunteer leadership is evidence of his commitment to those he serves.
